Text Messages

If you provide us with your mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you text messages concerning your vehicle and the services you request. These messages may include estimates, repair approvals, repair-status updates, questions regarding your repair, vehicle completion notices, and service reminders.

Message frequency varies depending on your vehicle and the services being performed. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from AutoMedics.

We do not share mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent information, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain service and business records for at least the period required by applicable California law for automotive repair dealers. We may retain records longer when appropriate because vehicle service history can be useful to you and to future technicians servicing your vehicle.
