1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AutoMedics website and apply to services requested from AutoMedics. By using our website or requesting services from AutoMedics, you agree to these terms.

AutoMedics provides automotive inspection, maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and related services for vehicles.

2. Estimates and Repair Authorization

Repair estimates are based on the information and vehicle condition known at the time the estimate is prepared. An estimate may change if additional problems are discovered during inspection or repair.

AutoMedics will seek customer authorization before performing additional work that is not included in the originally authorized services, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Diagnostic charges may apply even when a customer chooses not to proceed with recommended repairs.

3. Parts and Materials

AutoMedics may use original equipment, OEM-equivalent, aftermarket, remanufactured, or other appropriate parts and materials depending on the repair, vehicle, availability, and customer authorization.

Parts installed on a vehicle may be subject to the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty terms.

4. Payment

Payment is due when services are completed unless other payment arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

AutoMedics accepts the payment methods offered at the time of service. Customers are responsible for all authorized charges, including applicable taxes, parts, labor, diagnostic services, and other agreed-upon services. 5. Vehicle Pickup and Storage

Customers are responsible for promptly picking up their vehicle when notified that repairs or services are complete.

Vehicles remaining at the facility after completion of services may be subject to storage charges or other remedies to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If a vehicle is left at AutoMedics without authorization or abandoned, AutoMedics may take action permitted by California law.

6. Warranties

Any warranty provided by AutoMedics will be explained at the time of service or stated on the applicable repair order or invoice.

Parts and services may also be covered by separate manufacturer, supplier, or parts warranties.

Warranty coverage may be subject to specific terms, exclusions, mileage or time limitations, and other conditions.

7. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Problems

Automotive repair may reveal existing conditions or problems that were not apparent during the initial inspection.

AutoMedics is not responsible for unrelated pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or failures of components that were not part of the authorized repair, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for informing AutoMedics of known vehicle problems, modifications, warning lights, unusual noises, or other relevant conditions.

8. Website Information

Information provided on the AutoMedics website is intended for general informational purposes. Vehicle repair requirements vary by vehicle and individual circumstances.

Website content, pricing, service descriptions, availability, and other information may change without notice.

Submitting a request through the website does not by itself create a binding repair contract or guarantee an appointment until confirmed by AutoMedics.

If you provide a mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages from AutoMedics, we may send messages relating to your vehicle, appointments, estimates, repairs, invoices, and other services you request.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from AutoMedics.
